Book Description Soft cover. Condition: Fine. Christian Marclay (illustrator). 1st Edition. 386pp (including an acetate leaf); perfectbound in printed card covers; 221 x 147 x 28 mm. An anthology including 33 artists (from Cage to Mystery Lab), with Dan Lander's Introduction dated July 1989. One of five advance copies bound in printed-but-unstamped covers (11 June 1990). The cover had originally been produced with upper panel titling mistakenly printed black, delaying completion of the edition until new covers were printed & sent out-of-house for blind stamping (19 June). In the interim five copies were bound as proofs in the reprinted cover (with blank upper panel). Retained by the binder, this unread copy is accompanied by a trimmed copy of the original cover (folded), the original printed promo card, & a copy of the second promo card (with title in Braille). Some 2000 copies were completed for the launch at Art Metropole, 27 September 1990 (although a number of misbound copies were belatedly discovered with the flexidisc inserted backwards). A facsimile edition was subsequently issued in England in 2013. Seller Inventory # 004607
