Drago is Professor of Labor Studies and Women's Studies at The Pennsylvania State University, and moderates the Work/Family newsgroup on the internet . Steven Shulman is Professor of Economics at Colorado Unviersity; his current research focuses on the relationship between family structure and racial inequality.
